The Floorball New Zealand Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for members to come together to reflect on the past year, review organisational progress, elect committee representatives, and help shape the future direction of floorball in New Zealand.

We encourage all eligible members to participate in this important governance meeting and contribute to the continued development of our sport.

Committee nominations

Nominations are now open for the following committee positions:

• President

• Secretary

• Competitions Manager

• National Teams Manager

• Communications Manager

• Club Liaison

These roles play a vital part in supporting the growth, governance, and strategic direction of floorball across New Zealand. Learn more about each role here.

How to nominate

To submit a nomination, please email your nomination to contact@floorball.org.nz

Nominations close 5pm, Thursday 28 May 2026.

All nominations must be received by the closing date to be considered.

1. Opening of the meeting

2. Apologies

3. Confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting

4. Presentation of the Annual Report

5. Adoption of the Annual Report

6. Presentation of the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the financial year

7. Adoption of financial statements

8. Election of new committee members

9. Vote of thanks to the outgoing executive

10. Floorball New Zealand Development Plan and Strategic Refresh
