Starting a local club
Floorball is for everyone — all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds.
Whether you want to get kids active, introduce a new sport for adults, or create a space for people to connect through friendly competition, floorball makes it possible.
Starting a club is easier than you might think.
All it takes is floorball equipment, a regular space to play in, and a group of people ready to play. We are here to guide you with practical resources, advice, and support.
By starting a club, you’ll be able to:
Register as an official Provisional Club Member of FNZ (first two years)
Access FNZ resources and guidance on setup, governance, and promotion
Apply for loan equipment such as sticks, goals, and balls
Enter FNZ-sanctioned tournaments and leagues
Join a nationwide network shaping the future of floorball in Aotearoa
