Floorball New Zealand wishes to advise that Liam Verschoor has withdrawn from the New Zealand Men's U19 national team for the 2027 World Floorball Championships AOFC Qualification Tournament, to be held in Singapore from 5–9 August 2026.

Liam has withdrawn from the squad due to health reasons and will now focus on his recovery. We thank Liam for his commitment and contribution to the team and wish him all the best.

Following Liam's withdrawal, we are pleased to congratulate Aragon Ihaia on his selection to the national team. We look forward to welcoming Aragon into the squad as they continue their final preparations for the tournament.

We wish the team every success as they represent New Zealand in Singapore this August
